The room was very clean. It had a mini fridge, an electric cattle and a hairdryer. So everything, you could need. We brought the wrong kind of connector but they kindly lent us one. The location was good, the public transport easily accessible. Staff was kind, attentive. We went to explore the city most of the time and we only stayed for a few days, it was perfect for that. The private bathroom was really important to us, so thats a big positive, especially because it was clean.

The location is great. It is a few minutes walk from the subway station Acton Town and nearby there are several bus stops. Reaching the city center was very easy. The room was very clean and comfortable and bigger than what we expected. In any way, our experience exceeded our expectations. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had forgotten to ask for for a baby bed and they provided it as soon as they could. We will definitely consider going again and we recommend it with no reservations.

A tube journey into central London, this is one of the best budget hotels for visiting London, a few extra pence for Zone 3 but the hotel offers so much more than other city centre hotels, always clean and fresh smelling when returning to the hotel, a warm welcome from the staff, and plenty of food options just a few min walk from the hotel, with tube links less than 10 minutes gentle walk.
