The moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the friendly and professional Yacine . The check-in process was seamless and efficient, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep every night. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. Yacine and Ali went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay The location of the hotel was perfect, This made it easy to explore and enjoy everything the city has to offer. Overall, I highly recommend London Star Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable, and hassle-free stay. I look forward to returning on my next visit.

The room was nice and clean, nothing super luxurious but definitely what you pay for. The size was just enough, we had a nice smart TV and the doors have a security system that let you know if the door isn't correctly closed. We had cleaning on the third morning and we weren't expecting it so we had left the room a bit messy, they changed the bed and folded the clothes that were laying around 🥹 The staff was overall nice, both at the hotel and the restaurant. We found the bed super comfortable too and had multiple pillows to choose from.

The location is great. It is a few minutes walk from the subway station Acton Town and nearby there are several bus stops. Reaching the city center was very easy. The room was very clean and comfortable and bigger than what we expected. In any way, our experience exceeded our expectations. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had forgotten to ask for for a baby bed and they provided it as soon as they could. We will definitely consider going again and we recommend it with no reservations.
